user access issue ... Help!!

Guys Ive an issue ... please assist.

The user logs into NT no problem. Their Profile is configured correctly for both NT and TS profile.

When the users trys to connect to the Citrix app I notice that his connection is evident in the Citrix Admin console but I notice that his Citrix profile is not created on the fly as it should be. As a result he doesent get the app login dialog box .. the connection just sits there.

Any suggestions most welcome.
 
Looks like a permissions issue, possibly. Use Filemon to track down "Access Denied" messages.

The only thing wrong with my theory is that you would ordinarily get a message telling you...

Are the users that are trying to log into the Citrix server members of Local groups or Domain groups? If Domain groups, do those groups have Local access to the Citrix server?
