Useing MS NT4.0 VPN Can get to all machines in network except for PDC

I have a basic vanilla VPN setup for a few remote users. All Microsoft stuff. WinNT Server 4.0 sp 6a with Win 98 client. Client can make a connection and talk to other machines on the network. client can ping server PDC. But cannot access server. Server has entries in WINS and DNS. Client has LMHosts file with entry for Server.

Any Ideas this is really pissing me off. Not to mention the boss.I'm sure it is something simple any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried removing and re-installing TCP/IP on Server/PDC?
Just some input... [sig][/sig]
