It has occoured to me that we may all be reinventing the wheel when we programme IVS2 and IPS systems because repetitive tasks can be done using scripts.

What I propose is if you have a script you think is useful to others why not post it here and when we have a few we can then copy them to an FAQ.

I'll kick off with one I use when doing audits which gives me just about everything the system is capable of along with the system serial number. Unfortunately as I am a maintenance tech I don't have any install scripts to offer.

Copy it and save it as a .csv file and it can be imported into the Mach script editor and run in the usual way. You will be prompted that the system will be modified but there is no new data to write so that can be ignored.

Specifically something like UCD Station Peg Count Data DTF303 or something similar.
