use the symbol '&' as a symbol in a labe 1

Hi,

I'm trying to use the symbol '&' as in 'shipping & handling' on a label but Access doesn't seem to like it. Any idea how to make this work.

I've tried shipping &"&"& handling which returns shipping "" handling. hmmm
