I come install a Contact recording version 7 with CC7 on a CS1000E Version 6.0. Recording of the communications functions correctly automatically, on the other hand impossible to make function manually with ROD key on IP Phone.
In communication I press on the ROD key, the key flickers and extinct and the communication is not recorded???
