Use SQLXMLBulkLoad or multiple inserts?

Hi there,

I'm using VB6 and ADO to connect to my database (SQL Server 2000).

I am wondering if it's more efficient to use SQLXMLBulkLoad to insert 40 rows into a table than do 40 individual row inserts from data in a recordset?
