Hi

We currently have 120 channels configured on our ip office for incoming and outgoing calls. We have also just signed up with a new telecoms company to provide us with lower tarriffs, as a result they have given us two new ISDN-30 circuits. How do I program\configure the ip office to use the two new circuits for outbound dialling first? Eventually when we reach the limit on our new provider's circuits we will then fall back on to our original providers ISDN-30 circuits. Many thanks in advance.

Change the line group ID of the circuits you want to dial out on to 2(for example).
Then within your system shortcodes you will have a code that states
?
.
Dial
0

Change the 0 to 2(or whatever you changed the line group ID to).

You will also have to create a fallback so that when all the lines are busy on the first two circuits the IPO will dial out over the other circuits.

As per sabre but to be able to fallback to the original lines you will need to configure your outgoing calls in LCR
