Use same webpart on diff't portal

How do I get my "news/list webpart" on one portal and add it to another so that when I change/add news items, both of the 2 portals will synchronically changed.

Example....
portal 1: "

http://portal/abc.com"

has a news webpart

portal 2: :

http://portal/abc.com/HR"

needs to have the same news webpart. I've tried to add the news webpart from portal 1, but I do not see it listed in the HR portal.

help!
