I have a Merlin Magix customer who is an insurance agency that wants to integrate 'Leads360' into their business using 'Five9' dialer. Can't find anything as far as phone system integration on either of their websites. Is their a way to integrate with the Merlin Magix? What type of additional hardware is required if any? Customer does not currently have any analog ports

I have a customer who uses something similar - Marketel dialers w/ his own proprietary software. It uses analog ports and the only thing I had to do was put a pool button w/ auto line selection to that button so the dialers didn't have to dial 9 to make a call. I also had to really beef up the TTR's because of the way the dialers work. Once we got all the kinks worked out it works well for them - they have from 8 to 24 agents on the phone all the time and it has been running for a little over a year.

They also make predictive dialers that can emulate a T1/PRI connection to a PBX. I have programmed one that is connected to an IP Office - but it should work just as well with a Legend/Magix. It uses the "virtual" T1/PRI connection to dial sales agents on the PBX as soon as the dialer has a "live" call on the line.
