Is it possible to use the mxmask32.ocx located in windows\system32 on a user form?

If it is, how can I do it?

Happy weekend to you all

Yes
Right-click the VBA Toolbox and then scroll down the list to Microsoft Masked Edit Control and check the box and click OK. You should now be able to place the control on your form.

That is possible if you have a visual basic licence on your computer witch I have not.

Other suggestions?

If you don't have VB then you don't have a design time licence, and a design time license is required to use the OCX in VBA. So no, you can't use it I'm afraid.

If you do have VB you may have a design time licence but just now that may not be the end of it ref. thread707-1530759

Strongm I'm wondering if the VB6 design time licence for controls is only good if they are used on VB6 Forms and not VBA User Forms. Do you happen to know the actual situation?

You can use them on VBA forms as long as you have VB6 installed.
