Use Numara Track-It! 7 or Alternative

What is the best tools out there to make sure that a small business firms keeps up with Help Desk Support, and Projects that we are working on for a contract basis. (You know how everyone wants to blame IT) I have used Numara™ Track-It! before, is that the best tool out there or what is another tool?

I have used Track IT!, Universal Service Desk, among others... however, I reviewed a quite remarkable prodcut called "White Stone" about 18 months ago, and for Incident Management/Problem Management, it was hands down the best thing I've seen in the over a decade for this type of service. Also has great self-help, and self logging facilities. It's web based, which I am not crazy about, but it is a very nice implementation, and seem very solid, certainly worth a look, if you are in the market for a new tool.
