Hi,

Is it possible to create macro's in GW? E.g., when someone sends a message, I want to start a dialog where the user can fill in a GW folder where the sent item is to go to.
Is there any docu about macro's?

Thanks, Henk

There is no macro capability built into GroupWise. Macro capability was taken out when the Perfectfit macro scripting technology was sold along with the WordPerfect Office Suite to Corel.

You might be able to accomplish this by using the Developers Toolkit for GroupWise, assuming that you could capture via the API's the destination of the e-mail and then redirect it. It seems like a lot of work.

If you are only concerned about incoming messages and where they end up, you might look at using rules to redirect messages to different folders based on keywords or phrases in the subject line or body of the message.

Thank you for your tip. In the meantime I've succeeded with Novell's NDK to create a C3PO (adding menu-item to GW and connecting some code to it). So in principle I can do now what I want.
