Hi,
If i create a jfs2log file via smit do I still have to run the logform command?

Thanks

Do you mean you have created a LV jfs2log type?
In this case you should logform it, if you mean that you cretead a filesystem jfs2 type with no INLOG option and therefore a jfs2log has been creted for you ... then NO, you haven't to logform it
