Use KX-TVM200 as External DISA

I have KX-TDA600BX and KX-TVM200BX. I want to use KX-TVM200 as external DISA. I have created a Custom Service in TVM with Transfer to Out to the number of Idle Line Access (0 in my case). The sense is that anyone calls from outside, dials Custom Service number, seizes a line and can call where wants. But there is a problem. When someone seizes a line, it is impossible to dial any additional digits, the PBX doesn't send dialed digits to telephone company. The same problem is, when a call is forwarded to external number. It is not possible to dial any additional digits after being forwarded to external number.
The have configured the same scheme with KX-TDE100+KX-TVA50 in US and everything is working. So the problem is with KX-TDA600BX.
