Use headset instead of speaker

When dialing extensions with WebAttendant, my phone always goes off-hook in speaker mode, and I have to manually switch it to headset. How can make the headset the default choice?

If you leave the headset light activated (by hanging up using then end call button rather than the headset button) it will automatically pick the next call up on the headset and not the speakerphone.
