Use Form To Hyperlink to certain page

I would like to create a form that asks for a passcode of some sort so that when the form is submitted they are taken to a particular page based on the passcode that was entered. Thanks.

It would be easier to pick the same page and then from that page re-route to another page.

I am not sure I follow what you are talking about. I need for users to be taken to a certain form of which the results will be emailed to someone. The problem is that the results of this form is not limited to one person. I need the ability to send it to different people based on the information they enter. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

What I was thinking of was from the server side, using a select statement based on the passcode, pick one of several other asp pages to be executed/transmitted to the client.

I really appreciate your help but I guess this is out of my scope of knowledge on html. I am relatively new to FrontPage so is there something out there I can look at that would explain this further because, I don't have a clue what you are talking about.
