use flash checkbox in html?

Is it possible to make a checkbox or radio button in flash, put this in an HTML form and have it send its "checked" or "not checked" variable with the post data when i submit the HTML form? I learned a bit yesterday, today i learned a lot, imagine what i'll learn tomorrow!
