use field update to control the opening of a layout.

I have say 2 layouts A and B. On A I two portals "Operators" and "Projects". When I select the opertaor I want to open a layout B that lists all the projects presently assigned to the operator. Then when I select the project I want to check and make sure it is not already assigned to that operator.

I am trying to transfer from Access to FM I cannot find the appropriate script commands to acomplish this simple part of the process. Help greatly appreciated.
