use dependant parameters without refreshing webpage

All,

i'm using dependant parameters in my report but the report refreshes the webpage after each selection of a parameter on which another one depends.
Is there a possibility to avoid the refreshing of the page ?
Every refresh takes a few secs and it's very annoying for the user.

Any help would be grate
