Use DEFAULT.CSS from specification

Heya All,

In the APPENDIX of Eric Meyers book (CSS the Definitive Guide ) he mentions the CSS spec has a default stylesheet that they encourage developers to use.

I was just wondering if others actually use it or if I shouldn't bother. It definitely made a change to some template pages I was playing around with and not neccessarily in an expected way
