Use case & Class diagram design of a small project

Hi,

I am a developer and interested in software process and design. I have never seen the complete documents of the use cases, the class diagrams and the relationship b/w them. Can any one send me a small project document which highlight what iam looking for? Thank you in advance.

The reason for the question is, I have read about all of them but never had a chance of actually seeing them in action.
