use CAS devices for CTI dialing

Hi,

I want to use CAS devices for dialing via CTI.

many things work via CTI (monitoring, catching calls from others, ...) but not dialing. I tried it with a DTS device, there dialing via CTI works.

When debugging the TAPI call I get "operation not supported", so for me it seems that dialing out with CAS devices is not supported.

So my question is if I'm right, and if there is a software version where this is possible.

I'm using BC11 SP11.

No it's not possible. If you want to do that you have to get off hook with your cas extension first and then you can dial through CTI.
