Hi,

This may seem like "what's the point in having both" but the users want this functionality.

I have 4 extensions in a "Pickup Group". All 4 extensions can pickup calls from all 4 extension as you would expect.

I also have "Ring Group" that the 4 extensions are assigned to with a generic number, 2929.

When someone rings the ring group number 2929, the extensions in the pickup group can't pickup the calls, the handset states "Not Allowed"

We recently upgraded from MCD 4.1 to 7.1 and I am sure it worked before the upgrade. The system is a Mitel 3300.

Any ideas?

Kind Regards
Ian

Thats because its 2929 thats ringing and it isn't in (or allowed in) the pickup group? Never tried to put a pilot number in a pickup group TBH.
