Hello everyone!

here is my idea: I would like to make call routs, which means if the systems "sees" that someone makes a call to germany, hungary, mexico etc it will make the call through our skype business account

Is that possible?

thank you already for your ideas and help!
Ben

Sure. You'd need some type of gateway such as Vosky to make the physical interface. Then you need to modify your ARS to make calls route correctly.

You can use Skype connect on an ipoffice.
You only need to be sure you dial the country code first.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

we o use IP403 office
Country code is what you have to dial anyway

How could I do that with skype? is there somewhere an option in the software or do I have to get one of those skype boxes?

A 403 cannot do sip trunks.
So or you have to buy a new ipo or you have to use a gateway for this.

@hairlesssupportmonkey
I would like to do it because we could save a lot of money every month

@tlpeter
ok I will take a close look on those gateways and come back with more questions ;-)

It may be lower cost to upgrade your IPO 403 to IP500V2 when compared with buying a gateway.
