Use Access 97 Add-in with Access 2002

I have an MDA file of the Internet Data Transfer Library written for Access 97. This will allow me to use FTP via VBA to backup the backend of the database to a remote FTP site.

The problem I have is that I cannot seem to get things to work under Access 2002. It complains that the MDA is not compatible. Does anyone know of a way to get this functionality to work in the latest version of Access?
