In the Rolm 9751 I would be able to list a string of numbers ( li exten 1000..1099)

How do I list a string or range of numbers in Hi-Path ammo?

Also, I saw some one , while in Expert mode, use CTRL-X to stop a command that he had entered. Is this the proper way or is there another way to stop an amo command or get out of an amo command cleanly?

I want to make sure that who ever enters commands on the system is not doing anything funky that may hurt us.

You may use :
1000&&1099

CTRL X is ok for stopping an amo command
You can set user rights in Assistant (only to READ/Display or make changes in the sys.)

Note that not all functions will allow you to enter a range. If they do not they will tell you it is not allowed.

Also if you want to specify non-linear numbers in a command, like DIS-SBCSU for example, you can use 1&7&12&17&22 in some commands as well...
