Use a button to open a file located on a file server

Hello,
I'd like to use a button (in a mail) that the user must click to open a file located on a file server. What is the command for this?

In Approach, you can create a macro, and then use the OPEN command to open a file. You can browse to the file within the macro in order to set it.

Unfortunately I just have Lotus Notes 6 (mail client). Can I do do it in there?
