I have a form with a combo box to choose employees. about 30 and growing. The problem is the customer would like to choose several employees to be associated with the record. The combo box only lets me choose one. Do I create 10 combo boxes of the name query or have the combo box and a button so 10 text boxes are updated by the one combo? any suggestions would be nice.

I can exactly tell what the nature of your record is. You may have a situation where it is more appropriate to use a one to many relationship . . that is . . a main record table and a table to list employees related to that main record. In this scenario, there would be one record in the many table for each employee involved in whatever you are tracking in your main record.

Otherwise, to keep everything on one record, you'll need multiple combo boxes as you suggested. - - - -
