We have a 18 month of radiant POS terminal with a failed nic card on motherboard. We purchased a USB to ethernet adapter to bypass this problem. The card is up and running and the unit is available on network and works. however at startup The aloha auto loader the handles the transfer of private passwords will not load. Provider is stating the the usb adapter probably cannot not pass multicast signals and that is won't work and we must buy a new terminal. Anyone have any success with this type of fix.

If I load the ibercfg file directly unit will work but once passwords expire the unit will quit working.

Any help would be great.

Have your dealer remove radiant auto loader and go with fixed usernames and passwords.

Cheers,
Coorsman
