usb sync problems wit fuji digital camera software

I can't get past the Fuji digital camera software. I have a Micron 850Mhz with 128 Mb RAM and two USB Sserial Ports. When I went install my new handheld I cannot solve the Hot Sync problem. "Unable to initiate HotSync operation because the serial port is in use by another application."
