I'm trying to hook up a Signature Pad via USB and have it work with a published app on a PS4 box. The USB passes(as evidenced by the fact that I have a barcode reader that works just fine), so I'm not worried about the port not mapping. The pad manufacturer specifically says that it's device drivers work with Citrix on the latest update, and Citrix says it can work with some of these devices, so I know it's possible, but I'm having no luck.

Has anyone worked with a USB signature pad in a Citrix environment? If so... what'd you do?

Thanks!

I just did a USB signature pad implementation with Citrix today.

I used a Interlink ePad-INK.

I documented how to do it. I will cut and paste below.

STEP 1
Install the driver on the client's pc, choose Custom and make sure you install the Terminal Services Client (No Reboot Required)

STEP 2
Install the driver on the client's pc, choose Custom and make sure you install the Terminal Services Server.

BTW, you will also be installing an app called IntegriSign that loads the applet into Word, Excel, Acrobat etc...when you install that app on the Citrix server, it will require a reboot. Install the driver on Citrix server and the pc. Install IntegriSign only in Citrix.
