Usb problems, printer not detected

I have a NT4 o/s pc, plugged a printer into usb port and nothing being detected, Changed usb cable still no change, USB ports are enabled.

Unfortunately there is no support for USB in NT, you will either have to switch the machine over to 95/98/ME/2K/XP or use a parallel cable for the printer.
