USB printing with FP 2.5 b

I could not find an answer for this question in FAQ.
My applications uses:
REPORT FORM report.frx NOCONSOLE TO PRINT
and if the printer is USB, it returns "Printer not ready".

Is there a solution?

If you are on any kind of network, you could share the USB printer.
Say your comuter is "FRED" and you share the USB printer as "JET".
In dos, before you start foxpro, type
NET USE LPT2: \\FRED\JET

Start Foxpro and SET PRINTER TO LPT2.
How that printer responds is anyones guess but it might be worth looking at.
