I am trying to find a good way to image a DL380 G1 server that is running Netware 5.1. I have a version of PowerQuest ServerImage but all it will see are the drives in the SCSI array which do not have sufficient space to hold the destination Image. Is the a USB card that will work in that old of a server and allow me to connect an external drive to image to?

You should be able to fit a PCI USB controller in it somewhere.

If not you should be able to create a DOS network boot disk and get it connected to one of your other servers maybe?

I did purchase a couple aftermarket PCI USB cards for $5 each plus shipping, and successfully installed one in a DL360 G1. However, I have never tried to boot, nor install from the add-on USB card. But the cards do install easily, and the USB ports work.
