usb mass storage driver

I have a digital camera that uses a usb connection to connect into Adobe Photo deluxe. The camera cannot make the connection because the USB Mass Storage driver has not been installed. I have found the driver name that fits this description is usbmsc.dll. I can't find this driver anywhere. Any ideas?

Thanks, I had already done a google and found that link... It is for a sample file from the Win developers kit, not the driver....
SUMMARY
The Umss.exe sample shows how two drivers can be used in tandem to support a universal serial bus (USB) mass storage device on a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer. The sample consists of source code for a Windows Driver Model (WDM) driver and an IOS driver, which work together to support a USB mass storage device. The Umss.exe file also contains a sample .inf file that shows how to install the two drivers.
This sample is intended to help vendors support their USB mass storage device on Windows 98 and Windows 98 Second Edition, which did not ship with built-in support for the USB Mass Storage specification.

I am running win98SE... My question is how do you install the support? Microsoft doesn't seem to offer any clue... go figure
