USB Key folders not found

I have a 64Mb usb key. It has some files and folders on it. Yesterday, I left it in a computer while I was creating a Ghost image from it. However, I checked and there is still around 55mb used, meaning the folders are still there. They are not hidden. A file recovery program was unable to find them. They are on there somewhere I just dont know how to access them. Any ideas?

When you plug your USB drive into a computer, the computer says that there are no files or folders on it? Have you tried this with more than one computer? Have you tried restoring the files from the Ghost image to your USB drive?
