USB Hubs not working

I have a generic computer with 4 USB hubs (2 on front, 2 on back). The two on the back work when I plug in a jump drive and two on the front do not work.

The device manager indicates that the devices are working but XPP does not see the drive on the two front hubs.

Have you checked to see if the cable to the front connections is installed?

The answer is "42"

actually, they are.

Check the header orientaion and compare it with the cable. Thay may be mis-matched. A good guide is here:

You should be able to put a meter across the power & ground headers and see 5 volts or thereabouts.
