Not really an Aspect related question but I'm wondering which USB headsets seem to be the best for call center environments? I work at a small college and our call center agents seem to trash them out after about 6 months and I have to replace them. Am looking for noise-cancelling, comfortable and DURABLE. Please comment.

USB headset opinion?

I've been using a Plantronics Savi W440 for several years with no issues other than needing a new battery. It is DECT so I get good range. It seems to be good at cancelling the background noise. Hope that helps.
