USB Headset on 1140E IP set

Does anyone know if a USB headset will work on CS1000 RLS 5.0 1140E IP set? I do not get the option under the services menu.

Yes it works.

If I recall correctly you have to enable that feature in the configuration section of the telephone set, you may also want to try pressing the headset button 3 times in a row, I believe that will bring up the Headset options on the screen.

1. Hit the services key twice
2. Select Preferences (option 1)
3. Select Headsets (option 3)

You should then have Active headset Device...select it and tab down arrow
