I have a 128MB USB harddrive. When I connect it to my pc Windows picks it up. the problem begins when I try to access it. it comes up with an error message ''Please insert a disk into the drive''
Any idea's guys

Thanks in advance

Are you sure you are trying to access the USB Flash Memory and not the A: Floppy drive? When you insert the USB drive, a new drive letter appears under "My Computer". Go into that if you haven't been already.

Gates giveth, Gates taketh away.

I tried accessing it hence the error message. I'm not trying to access the A drive.

Any chance that it needs to be formatted? What OS are you using?

I've tried formatting it and clicking on properties but it still comes up with the same error message ''Please insert a disk''
