Hi guys..!!!

I have Windows Server 2008 R2 with last SP and updates, I had been installed CA ARCserve r15.0 SP1, all is ok, the server has two usb drives (250GB and 1TB their capacities)attached to it but one of them not appears on the job backup option (1TB hd), I do not know if is a normal behavior, the hard disk is seageate desktop usb, I think the problem is the firmware.

Any tip?
