I have a machine that is BIOS ready to boot USB devices ... I also purchased a Lexar jump Drive Pro 2Gb drive and can put a dos boot image on it. I used HP's USB format software which worked fine for DOS. (currently formated as FAT)

When I look at the drive it looks like a floppy with 2Gb of memory ... I also picked up a BARTPE generator and now was wordering if anyone would know how I could transfer the iso file onto this drive so it would work?

I presume the Master Boot File has to point to the appropriate bootloader file in the PE disk just not sure how to get there from here.

I thought winimage might let you do this (effectively write an image to flash drive - but have had a play and can't manage it - I'm using a 256MB stick, which I have made bootable using the HP software).

WinImage appears to have the ability to extract images from devices that already boot but I didn't see a way to reverse the process.

I dug further into Bart PE and found a forum on 911cd.net

There is a utility called pe2usb that is supposed to push an iso image of Bart PE onto a USB Flash drive ... I will have to check that out further and provide an update.
