USB 5 port enhanced host controller card,not recognized!

I connected a PCI to USB enhanced host controller card to my slot in a PC chips motherboard- ECS M787CL+
Which has a SiS 7001 PCI to USB Open Host Controller, does this USB have to be connected to the PCI to USB enhanced host controller card to work?

I notice the USB 5 port “enhanced host controller card,has an internal USB interface INSIDE the mobo,in addition to the 4 USB ports outside

The internal interface is to use an extension eg., front panel USB connector.
Is your card not seen by Windows, or has it been configured automatically? Which operating system are you using and what chipset does the card have?
