USB dirve on AIX

Hi,
Did anyone connect an external USB drive to a p550.I tried and lsdev shows usb0 in defined state.I'm trying to copy data to the drive.Not sure where to go from here.Any suggestions.

As of April 2006 (The last time I asked IBM) USB keys are not supported on AIX. There are rumours that it will work on 5.3 but I never seen any evidence to suport.

Unix *is* user friendly. It's just selective about who its friends are.
