USB devices on Latitude C810

I know that the Latitude is not a server machine, but thought I'd give this a shot.

Has anyone had any issues with the USB ports on the C810? Specifically, when a user has a USB keyboard attached the device will stop functioning after about 15 minutes. It is listed as functioning properly, but does not respond. The only way to get it back is to unplug and plug it back into the USB port.

Anyone else have such USB issues with the Latitudes?
