Hi there,

I am trying to install a Thomson Microelectronics USB ISDN adapter on RedHat 7.3

It shows the correct device if I use the 'USB devices' utility in KDE. If I want to add it as a network modem/device however the list only includes internal cards.

How do I set it up?

I have already added the device in /dev/usb/ttyACM0 being my modem ACM compliant but still nothing has changed.

Any suggestion?

Im wondering if this device would be listed as a modem or a NIC. have you had a look under the network config options to see if it is displyed there.

regards

Marc

Hi Marc,

no it is not listed anywhere and that's why I can't use it.
But it shows correctly in the USB browser in KDE.
