USB Device Blue Screens PC

I have Win XP pro installed and everytime I plug a USB Flash Drive it crashes my system. The flash drive is a Kingston 128. I have used this on other XP and 2000 machines without any problem.

Which version and service pack level of XP do you have?
Is the Pen drive USB2?
What chipset does your motherboard have (or give motherboard details)?
