Hi,
I need to find a compatible USB handset for use with IP communicator by my companies homeworkers.

We currently use Clarisys i750 as seen at the link below

The problem is that it's not very user friendly ergonomically due to the clumsy and unflexible usb cord that comes out of the top of the unit which makes it prone to dragging items (including cups of coffee) across the desk!

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

if your using the ip comm why do need a handset? how about a corded or cordless headset or headphones? i use a motorola 850 bluetooth on my laptop with ip comm.

Simply, our homeworkers prefer to use a physical handset.
I have been told that Eutectics IPP520 is compatable. So I am going to test one of those.
Cheers

We use a GN Netcom 9330 or 9350 Wireless Headset with IP Comm. Works great and has a range of 300 feet from the base so walking around the house and still being on the phone is not an issue. Bluetooth works well also just does not have the range.
