I've used CDR to run reports on extensions in my company but now I need to get call reports on incoming calls to our receptionist who is using the Attendant Console.
I've never done this so I tried running the report on the Pilot Point but CDR is saying that pilot point doesn't exist. I'm guessing since this is a CTI application there may be something different I need to do?
My app versions are CM 4.1.3 and CAR is 4.1.02. Any help is appreciated.
