usage of pl/sql in oracle reports developer 1

Hi,
I just started to learn about oracle reports.the available resources for me are the online help of the software and the internet(i couldn't find a book about pl/sql in Turkey). My problem is, the online help doesn't give a detailed information about how to use pl/sql in oracle reports, so then i serached on internet, i found a lot of things about plsql however, they are not useful for a beginner. so, is there an internet site for beginners which you know, where should i start from, should i work with sample .rdf files?as you see i am a real beginner and don't know what to do.
